everything was exceptionally clean and perfect. brand-new units with modern design, a lovely bathroom and which takes up most space, and the staff were flexible. i enjoyed the local cuisine served in the attached restaurant.

the room was brand-new and tastefully decorated, included with tv & en-suite bathroom, modern design, 2 queen beds. my stay was very very good, and the entire staff was especially helpful.

The hotel was in a central location close to tourist spots which are reachable on foot. Moreover, it's near to a split mall about a 10-15 minute walk, many tourist attractions, and Georgetown, Penang.

The staff was very helpful and responsible. the rooms were fashionable and well-maintained with basic amenities. It's easy to reach from Penang International airport, just a 20-minute drive away.

During our romantic escape in Penang, we were delighted with the comfortable bed and pillows provided in our room. We had a restful and peaceful sleep each night. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was conveniently situated within walking distance of our favorite spots in town. This made exploring and experiencing the local culture and cuisine incredibly easy and enjoyable. the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, which added to our overall positive experience.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. we faced some challenges with the parking space.

The staff was exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating, greeting us with a smile. the room had a safe, television, and a writing table, which I really enjoyed. - the accommodation is in a central location close to the Giant supermarket.

This place is located in a great area, right in the middle of everything. You can easily find shopping centers and a market nearby for all your needs. the rooms themselves have a sleek and modern design that we really liked. 🛍️
